Alfonso Perez Soto is the CEO and Co-Founder of AMP Global and a veteran music industry executive with more than 25 years of experience in corporate development, M&A, digital transformation, and international growth. Formerly President of Emerging Markets and EVP Corporate Development at Warner Music Group, he led operations and strategic initiatives across Latin America, Africa, the Middle East, India, and Eastern Europe. Today, he leads AMP Global's mission to build the premier investment platform for music rights and entertainment assets across emerging markets, combining institutional investment rigor with local cultural expertise to unlock value throughout the Global South.
